New Destiny has established the Fathers Advance Initiative which has been branded as "Go F.A.R." This acronym was chosen by the fathers leading and participating in the initiative. Go F.A.R. (Fathers Advancing and Reconnecting) is a FREE program by dads, for dads.
Program Goals
Our Goal is to establish a supportive community where fathers are encouraged and equipped to serve as thriving supporters, and protectors with long lasting wholesome relationships with their children and partners.Population Focus

- Monthly Events for Fathers/Father Figures and Their Children
- Life skills training
- Parent education
Meet Our F.A.R. Coaches
Go F.A.R. has fathers who have agreed to serve as “peer coaches” for other dads in our community. Go F.A.R. Coaches come along side dads who have agreed to address a minimum of two areas of personal development which relates to:
- Sustaining a healthy marriage/relationship with their child’s mother
- Responsible parenting
- Economic stability
