Pastor Carolyn McCombs

Executive Director

Pastor Carolyn McCombs serves as Executive Director of the New Destiny Family Success Center. Pastor Carolyn became involved with NDFSC during its infancy as the 5th Ward Collaborative.

Her background as a mother of two young adults, Pastor, County Jail Chaplain, Chair of the Workforce Investment Board Faith Based Committee, Senior Marketing manager for large corporations such as Sony, AT&T and Chubb & Son have prepared her well for her current role. She has over 14 years experience as a Non-profit Executive functioning in various roles as a Development Director, Program Director, and Strategic Planner.

She says that her work at the NDFSC is both invigorating and rewarding as she has the privilege of watching others achieve their dreams. Pastor McCombs holds a B.A. degree in Spanish/Communications and an M.B.A. in Marketing/Finance from Rutgers University.

Carolyn is currently accepting requests for speaking engagements.
